I don’t normally write reviews but I was compelled to convey my experience. I had ordered flowers for someone undergoing a major operation and had them sent to the hospital. However, I received a call from Alexandra from Banatsos saying the Hospital would not allow delivery to the Oncology wing. She called me and asked for direction. I did not know the patient well enough to know where else to send them or who to contact. Alexandra said she would try again.She later texted me that she had called the Nurses Station and made them transfer the call to the patient’s room and, fortunately the Mother was there to come down and receive them. She texted a picture to the patient and read her the card over the phone. She also texted me a picture of the arrangement and it was beautiful.I can’t tell you how grateful I was to Alexandra for going above and beyond and how pleased I was with the flowers I had ordered online. I would recommend Bonatsos to any and all
