The bouquet was delivered promptly and was big and nice. The shop did not have the plants pictured in the arrangement I chose, but called me immediately to ask if they could substitute. No problem. However, this was a birthday bouquet/message, and the arrangement included pinecones, evergreen, and red berries in addition to more usual birthday flowers. It's always hard to have a December birthday in addition to the holidays going on, so we try in the family to keep the birthday "separate" from Christmas. I guess I should have specified "no Christmas theme," but I just wasn't expecting that! Otherwise lovely.
